Once again, the band was proud to represent the City of Stoke on Trent at their outdoor service at Stoke cenotaph on Remembrance Sunday. The weather wasn’t quite so kind to us this year but the rain did actually stop just before the start. The band played hymns to entertain the crowd before the service started, as well as a march for the parade at the end.
Well done to Becci who played ‘The Last Post’ brilliantly. A number of band members had been busy in the few days before this playing ‘The Last Post’ at various locations throughout the city including Brown Edge, City of Stoke on Trent 6th Form College and Fenton Baptist Church.
