Remembrance Sunday 2020


Members of Trentham Brass Band marked 75 years since VJ Day on Saturday 15th August. They played the ‘Last Post’, followed by ‘Reveille’, at 11am and later in the day, played ‘Sunset’ at 8.20pm. There were performances at Yarnfield, St Edward’s Church Cheddleton, Sneyd Green, Sandon, Endon and Brown Edge.

Cheltenham here we come!




Trentham Brass ensemble were honoured to provide the music for the Carol Service on Wednesday evening at Trentham Mausoleum. The first ever carol service in this, the only grade I listed building in Stoke on Trent. History in the making! The event was very well attended including local councillors.

Making history!



The band enjoyed joining the Staffordshire WI Choir for ‘A Victorian Christmas’ at St. Michael and All Angels Church, Colwich, Stafford on Sunday Dec 8th. This was the 5th event of the weekend for some band members!

On a lovely, sunny November morning Trentham Brass were honoured to provide the music for the Remembrance Parade at Stoke Centotaph, remembering those who gave their lives for our freedom. Pictured is band Welfare Officer, Sandra Mayer (centre) ready to lay the band wreath at the cenotaph.
